Clinical Pilates
Initial clinical pilates appointments include four individual one on one sessions with one of our osteopaths that teaches clinical pilates. After your four private sessions you can join a class of up to three people. These classes run for one hour and include exercises on the reformer, trapeze table and an assorted floor and other pilates equipment exercises.
Osteopathy
Initial Osteopathic consults go fro 45minutes to 1hour. Osteopathic subsequent consultation take approximately 30 minutes.
